Return & Refund Policy

Unhappy with your item(s)?

If for whatever reason you are entirely dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Kibeland Ltd. within 20 days of the purchase date subject to the conditions below. Report or contact us for claims on missing items or parts, items damaged in transit, and incorrect item delivery within two business days of receipt of the item.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will credit the amount to your account. Please allow 5-7 days for it to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.

Conditions

Please read all the conditions below. If conditions are not met, Kibeland Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition and in their original box.

  • Any items returned without an RMA Form
  • Any items without a valid, readable serial number (if any), including but not limited to items with missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers
  • Any items returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables and all other accessories originally included with the items
  • Any items that exhibit physical damages & dirt

Returns must be done within 20 days after the purchased item has been received (unless specified) for replacement or full/partial refund depending on what is agreeable to both parties. Please note that this RMA number will be used to guarantee that you receive your credit.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

All returned items must be in good and clean condition with all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned to us for non-quality issues. Buyers will shoulder the return costs when returning an item for exchange. In turn, Kibeland Ltd. will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) to be replaced. Package your item(s) and the RMA Form in the box and ship the return using the carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your RMA number with your merchandise. Please note that this RMA number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit.

If you received an incorrect item, you may:

  1. Exchange it for the correct item; or

  2. Return it for a full refund

If you received your ordered item with a missing part(s), please contact our customer service to inform what item or part is missing from your order. We will send you the missing item or part immediately.

If your item is lost during delivery, please contact our customer service to inform us of your issue. We will then check it with our courier. Once we have the confirmation that your item is lost during transit, we will resend your item immediately or offer a full refund.

If we shipped you a defective or damaged item, you may opt to:

  1. Exchange it for replacement; or
  2. Return it for a full refund

Clear photos or videos of the item(s) illustrating the problem(s) or showing the damage should be provided when contacting our customer service or requesting an RMA.

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEM(S)

STEP 1

REQUEST AN RMA FORM (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM)
There are 2 ways to request an RMA Form:

  1. Call Customer Service via Skype to request for an RMA Form
  2. Email us to request an RMA Form
You will then receive your return instructions and RMA Form by email. If you prefer a partial or full refund, you have options as to how to want it to receive:
  • Credit back to your Original Payment Method
  • Store Credit / Discount

STEP 2

PACK YOUR ITEM

  1. Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging.
  2. Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  3. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

STEP 3

SHIP YOUR ITEM

  1. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
  2. Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the carton.
  3. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be issued right away.
